We all met in the garden of the Crown Hotel in warm sunny weather. This continued for the whole holiday.

Women's Feedback

"This was the best holiday I've ever had, having never been on a holiday on my own, the idea was a little daunting but I needn't have worried as everyone was extremely friendly including our guide Heidi. It was lovely not having to sort out walks as everything was well organised. I think I can safely say that the holiday was everything I had wished for. Thanks for a very enjoyable weekend, can't wait to book the next one!" Karen

"Enjoyed it. Good walking country, which I had never visited. The weather, if anything was too hot - Rudolf had nothing on my nose by the second day! I would be happy to return to the area and do walks, which included some of the local features and attractions. Walking from Gaping Ghyll down to the ravine to the cavern added to the enjoyment of the day".

"I really enjoyed it. Group size was just right. Unfortunately, I couldn't walk on 2nd day due to my cold! But was well looked after and enjoyed being able to use the railway to see the scenery anyway".

"I enjoyed the holiday very much in that it did meet my expectations".
