Due to the popularity of this holiday we have put on an extra week at the end of the Autumn season and before the snows fall. This is a beautiful time and it is also very special as the Norwegian horses are back at the hotel and available to ride for any horse riders. All our luggage is transferred so you only need light day packs. This really is a very special trip.

Learning new sports and especially trying winter snowy activities is very popular amongst our walking women. This hotel is highly recommended as a place to try out cross country skiing with fairly flat terrain. You can also try a dog sleigh, snow shoes or just relax in the spa enjoying the wintery wonderland! This trip is full inclusive with 2 guides available and an incredible traditional dog sleigh ride included. The hotel has spa facilities and massage on site so a fabulous winter revival holiday.

Our WalkingWomen love Norway - it is wonderful hiking in expansive landscapes and not to be missed. This new addition to our holiday programme is to Western Norway to discover Bergen and the surrounding UNESCO HERITAGE AREA. This is a small group tour. You are guided by Heidi who is a goat farmer as well as a specialist guide in this area. This is a special,unique trip.
