The Lake District is a wonderful area of England for walking and we aim to bring you more uncovered spots to walk without crowds. This autumn we have added Skelwith Bridge near Ambleside - a beautiful spot at the end of the Langdale Valley near to Glaramara. Alvina our local guide has some great selection of walks planned so do join us. THIS HOLIDAY IS NOW ON REQUEST ONLY

Stunning Sicily – Autumn WineWalking the Strazzanti Way

Sat 14th October 2023 -
Sat 21st October 2023

Goat Level 1

At WalkingWomen we began wine walks in 2022 with our first to Priorat in Northern Spain. We felt it was time to support the growing numbers of women winemakers. At the same time as we sample wines we walk to discover the places we are in. A truly reviving experience and this time in partnership with Emilia from Strazzanti ( another sisters company) who specialises in introducing people to all that Sicily has to offer - away from the usual tourist trails! Expect to be revived by a week staying at a traditional luxury Sicilian villa with walks, a pool, the sea, learning some Sicilian cookery and of course tasting some delicious local wine. To celebrate sisters we have an offer on for 2 weeks until Sept 30th - bring your sister and you each get £100 off. Add the code SIS100 when you book. Of course solo travellers and friends welcome too and we will extend the discount to you too.
