I have lived near the Quantock Hills in Somerset for many years and led numerous walks in these hills and around the South West area.I love the rural nature of the area for its unspoilt features,its varied coastline and remote open moors. Also the tranquillity and endless opportunities for interesting and varied walks. I particularly enjoy planning new routes and introducing groups to the pleasure of exploring the natural world.I have worked as a mentor with young people in education for many years,made soft furnishings and lived on a small holding and milked goats!
