DETAILS

We have been exploring Finland and after our trip to Rovaniemi in 2025 we decided for our community we prefer more Wildnerness. As close to pristine nature as possible. And in a land where we can immerse ourselves in the culture of the local Sami community. We are delighted to bring you to the Inari area in Arctic Finland. The area offers enough flat ski trails that are good for beginners plus you can ski across a frozen Lake. We can also snowshoe if you prefer and try dog sledding and much more.

Maarit, our local guide, has friends in the area and she is looking forward to helping you discover the Arctic.

ITINERARY

Activities may change depending on the weather and at the discretion of the guide. We have planned the following and will extend or shorten depending on the group, the light and the temperature.

At the end of March, the length of the day in the Arctic Circle is about 8 hours, so we can be out between 8:30 and 16:30. This trip is outside as much as possible to experience as much as we can of this Arctic landscape.

Sunday 22nd: Arrival by 16.00 in Inari – airport or bus station.

There are so many ways to travel we will discuss with you and finalise plans for pick ups with you.

Settle in, a welcome briefing and dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Monday to Saturday we will be doing activities out doors starting at 9.30am and finishing at 16.00.

There will be one free day on Wednesday.

We will also be visiting the Sami Museum , meeting with Reindeers and having a talk from a local Sami women.

Details for next year are being finalised and we will publish a detailed itinerary soon.
