Imagine an island paradise with pink sand beaches and pure turquoise waters with hiking through jungles, nature reserves and along a historic railroad. Bermuda was recommended to us as a unique hiking destination in the winter warmth of March. This is an exclusive , luxury trip for those who fancy something very special. We are excited to add it to our programme.




SUMMARY
Date: Friday March 13th to Thursday March 19th 2026

Walking Grade: Goat 1 – this is a week in the winter warmth to explore the island and its unique culture.
Max elevation: 79m/259ft Town Hill the highest point on the island
Terrain: Good, well trodden paths – firm ground and some beach
Max distance: the longest trail is 18 miles/28km – the Railway Trail spanning the island from end to end and a paradise for hiking. We will do this in stages depending on the group.
Highlights:
- Beautiful pink sand beaches – idyllic for any sea swimmers
- St George’s Town – a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its charming streets and old harbour. Steeped in history
- Nature Reserves – Coopers Island and Walsingham will be visited
- Bermuda Railway Trail
- Sea Turtles,whales and dolphins
Base: The Rosedon Hotel – a little slice of island history wrapped in elegance and heart. Originally a cosy family home built in 1906, it blossomed into a guesthouse in 1954 and has been stealing hearts ever since. With its timeless charm and famously personal service, it’s the kind of place that feels like a warm hug. We pride ourselves on finding these places and we’d love you to come and experience the magic with us.
Arrivals: Friday March 13th . We will pick up from Bermuda L.F.Wade International Airport. There will be a group transfer in the early evening to suit where most flights are coming from. We will discuss with you.
BermudAir is the island’s flagship airline, and they now fly directly to many US and Canadian Cities. British Airways flies non stop from London.
Departures: Thursday March 19th . Group transfer 12 noon ( we will adjust depending on flights available )
We will discuss travel plans with you depending where you are coming from.
Price: £4,780 for a fully inclusive trip. Included:
- 6 nights in a Cosy Room (King Bed) or better at the Rosedon Hotel
- Breakfast each morning
- Lunches either picnic or at local restaurants whilst on your walks/activities
- All evening meals – 6 nights with 4 in the hotel and 2 special local evenings out
- Tourist Taxes
- Group Transfer to pick up and return to the airport

DETAILS
Bermuda is a sub tropical gem of an island in the North Atlantic Ocean. It is warmed by the Gulf Stream and is a running archipelago of 181 islands and islets just waiting to be explored.
It is a small island full of its own unique history and culture and amazing to explore. The best way to discover a place is with a local guide who lives and breathes her special place, We are lucky to have found Kristin who comes highly recommended via our WalkingWomen community.
Each day will be an exploration of Bermuda’s beautiful outdoors, and a truly immersive cultural experience.
We provide a set programme of hiking to discover on foot but there will also be time if you would like to try out any of the exciting activities on offer:
● Cycling – there are bikes to hire
● Whale-Watching
● Scuba Diving, Snorkeling (including on shipwrecks)
● Water Sports: Paddleboarding, Jetskiing, Kayaking
Or you might just enjoy some free time on the stunning pink beaches and swimming in the turquoise waters known for their rainbow blue colour.

ITINERARY
The itinerary may change due to weather and we always say Trust Your Guide. You can be assured that she will provide you with the best experience to have a wonderful week on beautiful Bermuda.
These are examples of what you will do with each day beginning after breakfast at 10am and returning around 16.00 for free time before your evening meal. We will do full 4 days of walks with one free day to enjoy an activity of your choice.
NATURE RESERVES WALK.
Bermuda has a number of reserves, including wetlands and woodlands, that are protected spaces for a variety of endemic species of plants and animals.
COASTAL WALKS
Stroll along the edge of the island to see incredible views and historic monuments.
RAILWAY TRAIL
Spanning the island from end to end, the Railway Trail follows an abandoned railbed – 18 miles through tranquil landscapes and rocky coastline. Closed to motorised traffic, the trail is a paradise for hiking. We will do this walk in stages .
BEACH DUNES
Walking Bermuda’s white and pink sand beach trails and dunes is sure to be a highlight.
JUNGLE EXPLORATIONS
Lush and quiet jungle sanctuaries offer unique experiences, including cave swimming!
